How can I get a tracking number for my order?

We try to keep postal charges to a minimum by using standard parcel post. If you require recorded delivery we are more than happy to oblige... All you need to do is select one of order types below and we will automatically ship your item recorded delivery and email you the tracking number.

Order Type

If you are not sure whether yours is a light order (less than 1000g) or a heavy order (1001g - 4000g) please email us and we'll let you know. If you are an international customer please email us for a quote before placing an order.

Please note: we will only be able to replace items that have been lost in the post if recorded delivery has been purchased. If you choose not to purchase recorded delivery and your order is lost we will complete the claim form on your behalf and provide proof of postage however we will not be able to replace the order.


The price seems different in the advert compared to the website, why?

From time to time the price in the advert will differ from the website. The price in the advert is correct 'at the time of going to press' but as there is a long lead time for magazine 'copy' sometimes the prices change. We try and keep this to a minimum but sometimes we can't afford to maintain the original price - sorry!

Where did Lowdown Lifestyle Clothing Co. come from?

Lowdown Lifestyle Clothing Co. is our latest aquisition. We loved the designs and brand name so much that we bought the trade and assets of the business! All the same designs are available but we are working hard, in conjuction with the original Lowdown designers, to increase the range. Lowdown has been around for a while now and enjoyed some positive feedback from UK based magazines.

I have a problem with a Lowdown order placed prior to 5/1/09

Lowdown was a completely seperate business prior to 5/1/09. The trade and assets of the business have been purchased rather than any share capital (it is not a Limited Company) therefore the responsibility to satisfy orders together with any warranties or guarantees resides with the previous owner. Lowdown prices are much cheaper now than last year

We have decided to reduce the price of the Lowdown shirts to ensure consistency across the ensure clothing range. We ensure the same level of quality across the entire range and only use premuim fruit of the loom clothing.

Your prices are cheaper than the competition - are the items genuine and of the same quality?

We get asked this a lot...All items are of the best quality we can find and we would be happy for you to compare all products with any competitor. All Mooneyes items are 100% genuine and imported from either the US or Japanese stores. We will never sell a product that we are not prepared to put on our own cars.

I tried to use Paypal but it didn't work?

Paypal has had a few problems of late, there are no security risks but the problems prevent payments from being made. If this happens to you please feel free to contact us on the FSD phone or via email and we will reply ASAP. We can sort out the most convenient method of payment over the phone.

Can I pay for items over the phone?

Yes you certainly can. We can now take all major credit cards and debit cards simply by calling our dedicated order line. 07866 352030. Your card details are not retained after your purchase. All transactions are processed using the Red9Design card machine and your purchase will appear as Red9Design on your statement.

I have orders and paid for my items but they haven't arrived.

We endeavor to post all items within 14 days of the order being placed. This is because FSD is an evenings and weekend job and not our main income. If your order hasn't arrived please email us at the earliest opportunity and we will do our best to chase/replace the order.

Can I return my item?

We make every effort to describe our items fully and accurately but there are always times when the discription and the picture have been misinterpreted. All items can be returned and refunded provided the item is in its original marketable condition and sent to the return address stated on the package. The items must be returned together with the original bill of sale, unopened and in the same or suitable postal packaging. Please note that refunds are processed to reimburse the cost of the item, this does not include the postage and packing charges. We do not make a charge for restocking. The products made available by Fifty Six Delux have been sourced from all over the world. Every effort is made to ensure that the quality of the products meets our own high standards. We ensure that all the products displayed on this site are of a quality that we would be happy to see on our own cars. Please note that many products are sourced on an individual basis and therefore please allow up to fourteen working days delivery. PLEASE NOTE - THERE ARE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES FOR NON UK PURCHASES. THESE WILL BE INVOICED VIA PAYPAL SHORTLY AFTER THE ONLINE PURCHASE.

Items purchased from FiftySixDelux can be returned, in line with your statutory rights. Please note that refunds will be processed via the same means as initial payment. When using Paypal this may incurr additional cost if the refund period has been exceeded (please refer to Paypal terms and conditions). Refunds will be processed to reimburse the cost of the item only and not postage and packing.

Terms of International Sale

Unfortunately the Paypal shopping cart does not allow alternative postage costs for non UK sales.

We are happy to ship to any country and will quote international shipping costs via email before any purchase is made. Please contact us for a quote.


Postage for Alloy Wheel Sales

Alloy wheels can be shipped internationally however costs are restrictive.

For UK sales the total cost for postage is £30.00.

Please click the 'add to cart' button once and change the quantity in the shopping cart.

If the 'add to cart' button is clicked several times, a multiple of £30.00 will be charged incorrectly.
